Here we go with another meal prep Sunday to start 2021 off on the right foot!
So I tried out Freshly last week, and so far I will give it a 7/10. It's so nice to be able to just throw a ready to eat meal in the microwave that I didn't have to spend time prepping. The recipes I've tried so far have been pretty tasty. My biggest complaint right now are the portion sizes (not enough for a 200lb husband) and the fact they seem to lean towards the low carb lifestyle. There are not many (any) choices that contain whole grains and very few with carbs included in the meal. I'd say most meals can make great lunch choices, but dinners may come up a bit short for a family. Nonetheless, I've picked out a few more meals to try this week for dinner so we'll see how it goes!

Chicken Salad w/High Protein Oat Bread
Healthy Shrimp Lo Mein
Broccoli and Cheddar Stuffed Chicken Breasts
