Good morning Mama's! Meal Prep Sunday back so soon... wish the weekdays went as fast as the weekends do. So happy we're starting to get some warmer weather around here and thankful we've been able to get out to do some "normal" activities again. Locking a toddler in a house for nearly a year is no fun for anyone involved!
I decided on a lighted up version of good 'ol fashioned spaghetti and meatballs. I also bought a rotisserie chicken to make it easier on myself to whip up some buffalo chicken tacos. Baked oatmeal was also another easy go-to for breakfast. I'm trying out Marley & Spoon for one more week. I haven't been too impressed with the recipes and they're not exactly the healthiest meals either. My last box had an ice pack explode and my bags were soaked with gel. It may not be their fault, but so far Home Chef has taken the cake!
