It's been a whirlwind of a weekend and I'm sad to see it come to an end. My little man turned 2 and we've been in full party mode all week. I've definitely maxed out on my "cheat" days, but no regrets here! haha
Time to get back on track with meal prep this week. To be honest, this weekend took a lot out of me. I also work some long days this week, so plan to use my dinner leftovers as lunches to save time on prep work.
Remember, you just need to have a plan of attack. It doesn't matter how you go about doing it!
