I can't believe it's May already! My oldest son turns 4 this month and Mama is starting to feel her age... HAHA This year is flying by, but I have to say I'm looking forward to the warmer weather and summer vacations.
I went back to one of my staple recipe websites this week - Healthy Fitness Meals
I can always count on her to have tasty (and healthy) recipes that usually don't take too long to throw together. I'm still on the Home Chef train for dinners this week. This may be one of my last weeks for those, then I'll start diving in to full meal plans for the summer!
